How do I install SMS Textify and are there any setup fees?
Installing SMS Textify is free of charge, and includes a 30 day free trial so you can begin building your compliant subscriber list, set up automations, and create your audience segments. After the 30 day free trial, you can choose from one of our many pricing plans.
How do I ensure my store is compliant with Telephone Consumer Protection Act?
  1. First we recommend you or your legal counsel research and review the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
  2. Next, you need to update your store's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service agreement in regards to using SMS Textify and text message marketing. You can find language to update your Privacy Policy and Terms of Service here
Do you use my personal phone number?
Absolute not! When you install SMS Textify you are assigned a unique telephone number. These numbers are capable of sending 1 SMS message per second. If you need more thoroughput, please contact our support team at support@smstextify.com.
Does SMS Textify use "Quiet Hours"?
Yes. SMS is a very personal form of communication and there are varying regulations against sending SMS messages at anytime. We want to make it as easy as possbile to ensure our clients are compliant. SMS Textify only sends broadcasts between 9am EST and 8pm EST. Automations get sent between 11am EST and 8pm EST, except for new subscriber automations with no delay.
